The service

KiyoWAP provides tools to manage WhatsApp Business conversations, campaigns, chatbots, contacts, and related analytics. Access depends on your selected plan and Meta's WhatsApp Business API availability.

Accounts

You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information, for keeping login credentials secure, and for activity that occurs under your workspace.

Acceptable use

You must comply with WhatsApp, Meta, and applicable messaging laws. You may not send spam, unlawful content, or messages to people who have not provided required consent.

Plans and WhatsApp charges

Platform subscription fees are billed according to your plan. Meta's WhatsApp Cloud messaging charges are billed separately at cost and are not included in plan pricing.

Limitation of liability

The service is provided as available. We are not liable for delivery failures caused by Meta, network issues, or misuse of the platform. Our liability is limited to fees you paid for the service in the preceding three months.

Continued use of the platform after updates to these terms constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
